How does Manifiq for agents work?
- Create an account with your email address and your store address or addresses. The address will be displayed in the app so visitors can find you.
- Once an international visitor comes to your location to request an export certificate, pull the shopper’s receipts from the database. All information will be ready for you to certify.
- Certify the shopper identity, merchandise and receipts, follow the process as per the Texas tax code and regulations as you typically would.
- Upload a virtual copy of the export certificate to the user account in the corresponding receipt.
- Save the original receipt and export certificate.
- Manifiq will pick up all the Export certificate and original receipts processed in a week every Thursday.
- Manifiq will pay all the export certificates of the week on Monday.
How do agents get paid?
Every export certificate is paid at a rate of 2.25% of the sales value without tax of the receipt. All transactions are accumulated and paid every Friday via ACH to your bank account.
